Bennie Anderson & Manny Wright.
Both these guys are sitting out a great deal - mainly, it appears b/c they can't hack it with their weight and the heat.
Anderson hasn't really played for real yet. Sure this guy didn't sign until June and so there is a learning curve for the offense. But, he should have been in some sort of shape! Then, when he signed in June, he should have known that Miami would be extra tough and could have spent the next month really working hard.
There is no doubt that if he puts his mind to it, Anderson has the size, strength and talent to be an exceptional OG. It's unfortunate he may be struggling to even make the roster.
Wright was expected to be better and a bit more mature. He flashed talent last year - and, again, like Anderson here is a player who has all sorts of talent to become a really dominant DT/NT. His real problem appears to be maturity.
I don't mean this in a judgmental way, but I'm not too confident in his psychological state. He wouldn't be the first player to come into the league with some undiagnosed psychological disorders (see Ricky Williams). Often stress and other pressures can induce these problems. Regardless, Wright clearly is having problems both physical and mental and it is a shame for him - he really has a chance to have a great career.
I hope both players can turn it around. But, right now, I think that they have at least an equal chance at becoming busts. Their situations appear fragile.
