Although there are a few of these guys I don't care for too much like Merril Hodge, Ron Jaworski and Joe Theisman, my absolute least favorite has to be that moron Sean Salisbury. I don't think that Salisbury has ever made a point that I thought was clever. The guy tries to get confrontational on ESPN bits like "fact or fiction" and he always sounds like an arse...

Out of the guys I like such as Phil Simms, Michael Irvin, Trey Wingo, Terry Bradshaw, My Favorite is Chris Mortenson. His "info" is the best in the business and you know that if a rumor is heard from Mort that there has to be some truth behind it... If some of you found this boring, I am sorry - Just thought that maybe some of you would enjoy a break in the monotnous posts...

How could you hate Jaws?? The guy is tremendous with the film. Michael Irvin is by far the worst analyst out there. He is garbage!

I think my inner HURRICANE doesn't allow me to hate on MIchael Irvin... That and I find him so amusing... =)

I like Mortensen as well....he tends to not just talk about rumors. John Clayton is ok as well, even though he is a goofy looking guy. I don't like Salisbury steak who was kicking the Dolphins before the team won 6 in a row and then he became a supporter of the Phins. I also don't care much for Fat Hank, or Merrill Hoge. Pasquerelli is ok as well, but tends to be too much of a rumor monger. I would think covering the Phins would be very tough for anyone with the way Saban "controls" what info is released.

Ah-ha!!! Understood. I just can't take him. Although, now that you mention it again, I do find myself laughing at the guy since he is such a joke. I guess that's what ESPN had in mind when they sat him there. You can also tell that Young is amused by the fact he's there too.

Michael Irvin makes me laugh...I like that he doesn't take life too seriously and he enjoys to laugh it up with the people around him. He's pretty outspoken, just like Charles Barkley, but I think he knows his stuff for the most part. Hopefully he will lay off the weed so he doesn't have to apologize or take a couple weeks off like last year. He would be in the Hall of Fame right now if it wasn't for his drug use.

My favorite insider is Michael Smith from ESPN. The guy provides very accurate info and he's very knowledgeable.

least favourite is len pasquarelli, just read profootballtalk.com and you learn why. Len only writes positive articles about people that give him gossip and other info around the league. For example in buffalo Tom Donahoe did a horrible job as GM and was almost as bad as isiah thomas in all of team sports, yet len kept hyping up donahoe and saying he was an excellent gm, and used injury excuses for why the bills were garbage, len also was basically hanging off jeff george's jock a few seasons back and forcing teams to give him a hsot as a backup qb and the bears finally gave in and signed him as a 3rd stringers, i cant stand len he is a big fraud and a lying piece of ****

Irvin and Salisbury are the two most annoying by far, to me anyway.

Michael actually makes valid points occasionally, but his yelling and over the top emotional hysterics are too much, especially the way he is always grabbing and touching the guys next to him.

Salisbury is funny if you think of him as a comedian not a sportscaster. The hammer :sidelol: . Marino had a funny comment about him not being able to hit the broad side of a barn back when he was a qb.

The local sports casters here in Miami aren't all that much better either. In fact there is a guy on channel 7 who must be the all time worst, least professional and just most blatant Dolphin hater ever. He is the most obnoxious guy I've ever seen on TV. I think Zach was getting ready to do bodily damage to him the last time he had Zach on his show. There was an incident I think during the commercial break...

What's his name?
Anyways I really can't stand Hank Goldberg, Sean Salisbury and Jim Rome. I know Rome isnt a football analyst, he's just a moron and don't get me started on Skip Brainless, I mean Bayless.

Bayless is a female impersonator...

I guess he thinks he's an expert on every sport because I see him running his mouth off on everything on ESPN.

Steve Shapiro is the m0r0n's name.
