Feeley Just Needs To Learn The System And Make Better Decisions. All Of Which Needs Good Coaching!! Feeley Has A Fantastic Arm And Lots Of Talent. He Has A Very Quick Release And Throws A Bullet.
Heard that last year.:D

When He Learns Linehan's System And Gets Experience He Will Be Very Successful For This Franchise. He Is A Very Young Qb. Just Give Him A Chance. He Has Rookie Experience. The Dolphins Are Going To Be Very Talented With The Wrs, Rbs, Improved O-line, Coaches!! Feeley Is Going To Be Good. In An Interview With Linehan He Even Said He Was Very Impressed With Feeley And That He Has Unbelievable Talent. No He Is Not Peyton Manning Whom I'm Not A Fan Of But He Thank Goodness Is No Jay Fiedler, Brian Griese Or Ray Lucas. Just Wait Griese Will Struggle! Gus Frerotte Will Not Start. What Will The Dolphins Achieve In Starting A Lifetime 35 Yr. Old Backup. Nothing. Give A Young Talented Aj Feeley A Chance. He Is Surrounding With Great Coaches And Awesome Talent In Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams?, Marty Booker, Chris Chambers, David Boston, Randy Mcmichael, And An Improving Line. Wow This Is Going To Be An Exciting Year!!! The Dolphins Will Be 11-5. The Patriots Will Lose A Step And The Bills Will Stink With Loseman And The Jets Have Fiedler As A Backup. You Know Pennington Will Get Hurt. It Is All Falling Into Place. Anyway Feeley Showed Promise At The End Of The Season When Wanny Was Gone. Bates Put Faith In Feeley Where Wanny Was In Love With Fiedler!! Aj Feeley Will Succeed As The Dolphins Qb!!!
I do think that he could be good in Linehan's system and i agree we have great talent.IMO Linehan's system is the best system for Feeley but Feeley isnt that young.I am giveing him a chance i hope he does great.I think he should start this year but i think gus will be the starter.I feel that he no's the system already and he will look better leading into the season cuz of that. However i do think Feeley will get his chance at some point in the year.Gus is old.u are right but in this case Experience wins.11-5?I hope so that would put us in the playoffs for sure.I think we will be 9-7 or 8-8.Most of the players are learning new things.I see us being great in the future. We are going the right way already but i think it will be a year or 2 before we see 11-5.I hope your right and im wrong.Guess we will have to wait and see.

The way I look at it: When Tom Brady took over for an injured Drew Bledsoe in 2001, he had a good situation to step into. He played extremely well but, he still showed signs of inexperience and made some mental errors. People were in serious doubt whether he could be consistent the next season. Picture Tom Brady of 2001 stepping in for an injured Jay Feidler, something tells me that the inexperienced Brady would not have faired to much better than Feeley. Time will only tell if Feeley can perform. I more season is all we need to see.

I still don't like the way Feeley throws every pass the same way. Very much like Ray Lucas. All his passes have the same trajectory. However he does seem to take a little bit off the short passes. But not enough. And not all the time.

IMO that will be a big part of his improvement will be learning how to change speeds and put touch on passes that require it. Placement is just as important as getting the ball out.

ignore you're on.....dealt with it is.

Do posters here really out others on ignore? On a football site? That strikes me as high hilarity, in fact world class wimpism. Are we really afraid of the opinions of another Dolphin fan?

I don't think it is afraid. It is more of annoyed by someone's stupid opinion. If you feel like you have wasted a part of your life by reading's someone's stupid opinion then the ignore function is right for you. Myself I enjoy reading people's stupid opinions. That is half the fun. I even enjoy reading your opinion.

Exactly. Since his opinion means nothing to me and his style annoys me, why should I read it? It's as simple as that.

Yeah Doogie, I'm afraid. I always back down from a good argument. You'll never see me mix it up with anybody.

THANKS FOR REPLYING THAT IS A GREAT MEESAGE. I MEANT FEELEY IS YOUNG AS A QB EXPERIENCE WISE. HE IS 26 WHICH IS FAIRLY YOUNG. HE HAS 6 OR 7 GOOD YEARS IN HIM. I KNOW LINEHAN AND FREROTTE ARE CLOSE AND THAT CONCERNS ME. FREROTTE DOES NOT NEED TO START. HE IS VERY IMMOBLE AND DOES NOT GIVE US ANY FUTURE WHERE FEELEY MAY.

I think if i read another Feeley post im going to :barf: .Feeley may not even be the starter of this football team.Yet everyone just loves him.I dont get it.He didnt do anything that great last year.Jay had the same o-line as Feeley did and his #'s where better then Feeley's.No one is saying bring Jay back.Dont get me wrong i want Feeley to be a great football player for us but i read threads about how hes going to win the MVP and throw for 35 td's.Come on guys what are u smokeing?Give the Feeley threads a break atleast until we see if hes even going to start.
