I feel fine," Feeley said. "I probably would have stayed in the game, but I couldn't get my shoe back on. I got hit pretty hard on the play and I didn't want to come out. It was good to knock the dust off."

With the way our O-line is playing we need a QB who enjoys getting hit.

one thing that i can say about feeley is he is tough man he really took a beating last year but he just stayed in the game.......

So he is tuff....phew! what a relief.... But you just don't get the feeling he should be a starting quarterback in the NFL? Seems like he has a ways to go.....

he does have a ways to go... but again this is why we have preseason.... so this guys can "knock the dust off"... we can get a true evaluation when they start game planning.... I'll give him til the end of the preseason to see where he stands.....

With the way our offensive line plays, we may not have a team left to start the season with after the exhibition games are finished.

Feeley can't help this team get better, perhaps he can help win a few games but he is not the answer.

Couldn't get his shoe on my @$$! If he was so tough he would've stayed in the game.

Ok whatever you want to believe in your warped mind... His time was up for the day.. The starters only play a couple of series.. He was done after that REGARDLESS!

Did you watch the game? He couldn't get his shoe on. The refs had to stop play so he needed to sit a play regardless. At that point it was coach's decision to stay w/ Gus. AJ had played his 2 series. According to what Saban's been saying, the reverse will happen next week, outside of the shoe part.

Watch the reaction if Gus loses a shoe... BBS would be singing a different tune.. "Oh, It was his shoe..".. This guy has lost all objectivity. Its almost laughable.

Rex Hadnot should buy Feeley dinner for missing Brian U. on that play. He got Feeley rocked. It looked tonight like a lot of guys on the O-Line were just wondering around. It wasnt that they were staying in their positions either they were just kinda helping push a man that wasnt in need of help and then having a blitzing man run right past them.

If we used some play action pass in the 1st quarter we would have killed them, everytime we went to hand the ball off the corners stopped the LB's closed in. We would have had some big plays with the PA pass but I think Linehan was just trying to play the game and not show some major plays for us.
