I am of the mind IF feeley wins the job he deserves a fair chance with a properly coached ol....BUT does anyone else seriously question his toughness. I mean every time he had any type of injury he almost cried, it was sickening what do you think?

Did you watch any of the games last year? Feeley played through pain just about every game. You need his kind of toughness in a QB for your team. I do remember the Niners game where the staff wanting to look at his injury, but he tryed to return back on the field instead of them looking at it.

Dude, go get blind sided by a 270 pound man in heavy armor and let's see how you react. Give me a break. Close this topic.

Totally agree. I've mentioned in a couple of posts that he doesn't seem tough. He was on NFL network recently during a competition event and they had an interview with him and the guy was sitting there with his shirt off and he looks like he has never seen a weight room. I'm not saying he needs to have a body builder built but c'mon - get in the weight room and get rid of the baby fat! He looked like he had no muscle tone. It's no wonder he gets hurt - he looks like a rag doll. It will be real interesting in camp this year but my confidence that he is the answer has gone down big time.

also remember the seahawks game the dude was in pain the entire game but played through the pain and just kept us in the game...i mean we lost the game but he kept us in it

Don't get me wrong i truly hope he succeeds, But some of you guys must have been watching a different feeley than me

He threw a pick for a touchdown in the fourth quarter that cost us the game:fire:

Or its that some of us actually was watching the whole game instead of pieces of it.

I feel the opposite, I think he was tough. Hell he dislocated a finger, had them pop it back in place, and went back out on the next play. I'd like to see some of you "tough guys" play with the pain he must have endured all last year... every single one of us would have been in the hospital crying and asking for out mommies.

I saw peyton get his jaw broken, he didnt cry as much as aj

:shakeno:

Feeley is one tough SOB and maybe of you stoped your crying and watch the games then you would think differently.

Let's not talk about a player's toughness until we've actually experienced what he has. Just because the guy winces in pain due to a bone being forced out of joint, doesn't make him a pansy. A bruised bone or deep muscle bruise like he had last year in his @$$ id a debilitating injury to most of us. This guy went out there and played professional football. I question many things about Feeley, but toughness is not one of them.
