It occured to me today that Feeley's stats from the Bengal game are equal to a pretty decent game from Fiedler last year. Slightly better than 50% completions, 200+ yards, 1 TD & 2 Int. That looks like one of Fiedlers better starts and Feeley did it while at a huge disadvantage considering the crowd, the O-Line and his unfamiliarity with our offense. If he can eliminate the mistakes, we have ourselves a winner. IMHO, if you can't see who the more talented and capable leader of our team is, then you really need to seek help!

In addition, Gordon did as well as can be expected. Put in the exact same situation, I don't think that Priest Holmes, Marshall Faulk, the S.O.B. running back who shall remain nameless, or anyone else would have done too much more. Give our boys some time and we will be alright.

barry sanders might hvae done good! but only because he has god with him in his legs(barry in his prime)

yeah i agree we just need to play feeley all year so he can work with chambers mcmichael and gordon

Even if Barry had done one of his infamous cutbacks, Wade Smith would have tripped him for a 5 yard loss!
:roflmao:

desperately needs to be fired=entire coaching staff :shakeno:
AMEN BROTHER!

I think we have talent on the field and complete idiots on the sideline. It wouldn't bother me if they cleaned house and fired everyone except Spielman. I truly believe that he has done an admirable job this year and really can't be blamed for personel decisions before this year.

I am all about leaving Feeley in. He really messed up Sunday with the int for a TD and well that is two picks returned for TDs in two weeks. However, this guy has a better arm. Give him this year. Then if he doesn't play well, all those who wish to get rid of him can send him packing.

I would at least like to see what he can do with some semblance of protection and a running game. Even he can't make chicken salad from chicken $hit!
