well i hope Soliai is healthy and ready to go and that PP is ready to get creative on D
 
What is the status on Soliai? I don't remember him getting hurt in the first place

It his hip or ankle or something hopefully with this extra break he will be ready...monday morning we will sign some guy off someones practice squad and try to get him up to speed fast
 
Soliai needs to get healthy. Putting Starks at NT would be a big loss, as he's been dominating at defensive end. McDaniel, in my opinion, has been very disappointing. He plays too high and gets very little push. He's a high effort guy, I'll give him that, but no kind of replacement for Ferguson or Soliai.
 
Randy Starks was dominating at Nose Tackle as well & McDaniel had a solid game. There has been talk of Dotson being activated. Soliai should be coming back. Also Sparano has even been ask if get this Roth will see time at NT
 
Before we go signing a NT to be a backup you have to look at the team and see if any of the guy we have can move to NT. Soliai will start in place of Ferg is healthy, he will split time with Starks (who is dominating at all Dline positions) & Tony McDaniel. Also the Fins will not activate Dotson on game days.

Also Ferg roster spot opens up a spot for someone who can make a difference. Miami im sure with all the other NFL teams have been scouting the UFL. They could try and sign someone there after friday's championship game. Fact as soon as the championship game is over players agents can begin negotiating. I had thread of how Miami loves finding unknown talent and there is several in the UFL.
