Few Point People Are Missing

I don't post very often but felt that there are a few things that people are missing about our QB's.

1. this is yet another NEW system for them to learn. Seems that people are forgeting that this is a new OC, new QB coach, and new WR coach. We have a group of all new WR. None of these guys have played together before. Only person that has been a "starter" is Wilford. Mcnown is the only Qb that has played for more then 1 year. None of these coaches have coached together before in the past. I mean come on guys, it is going to take a little while before these guys ALL get on the same page. I wouldn't care who we had on the field. I understand that this team goes as our QB goes but give "name QB here" a chance.
Just my 2 cents. Lets sit back and watch as these guys progress in this system. We are in a fortunite situation as fans. Lets watch our team get good.

Not to be a pedant, but I'm pretty sure Ginn and Hagan have been starters.

Of course, they are switching to systems that stress fundamentals and smash mouth knock your richard in the dirt football.

No reason not to be optimistic...i figure by the end of the year, barring injuries, we ought to be one tough team to play. Fundamentals only get better the longer they are taught and practiced

No when I say "starter" I mean full time 1 year. Hagen was a 3rd WR and Ginn was 3rd for most of the year last year. Then 2nd WR until Marty got hurt. He became a full time starter 3/4th into the season.

Half of our coaching staff came from Dallas, so they have coached together. You're right about the new system and all that, though. Defense is always ahead of offense this time of year.

Yes 1/2 came from Dallas on the defensive side of the ball
the only 2 coaches that coached together before in the most recent past is Henning and Maser. Everyone else never before.

Deleone - Temple (Coached with Paul P @ Syracuse (recruted me out of Highschool so he knows talent when he sees it...LOL)
Dorell - UCLA
Henning Carolina
Maser - Carolina
Lee - ONLY DALLAS COACH
Saxon KC

So just as the players need to Jell the coaches do as well. What one coach taught one place may not be the correct way to teach it here or for this system.

Ginn started 9 games last year, thats 56% of the games last year, Hagan started 1, Ginn was moved to #2 when Chambers was traded.
