Fields 40 time (unofficial)

Dont get the fascination with this guy. A good prospect but geez the QB position inflates your price. Couldnt get in front of Jake Fromm at UGA (yes the Jake Fromm who has tiny hands and went in the 6th round) and it wasnt a pet project or favoritism. He could not control and master a pro style offense, needs a wide open spread with guys running free. Doesnt progress through reads well and has a long and whippy throwing motion that makes him inaccurate.

Someone wants to fall on that sword go ahead but he is an athlete before a QB and he isnt in the same class as the Jackson's, Allen's or even Mahomes as far as athleticism. Faster than some yes but he isnt as great of an athlete as people think.

Him not being able to get in front of Jake Fromm is totally the fault of the Georgia coaching staff. Hell, it took a while for Saban to see that Tua was supposed to be the QB as opposed to Hurts.
