Cam also played QB for Indiana until he hurt his knee or something. Good to know our OC and HC actually knows what it's like to be the QB and be the leader of the offense, etc. Cam definitely knows a lot about the QB position and making things happen on offense. He also grew up in a coaching family like Bill Belichick did. Cam's father was a college football coach for 4-5 teams. Cam grew up living and breathing a lot of football probably. Lots of football was probably discussed at the dinner table.
Since Cam and Trent Green both went to Indiana and Cam coached him when they were with the Redskins, they'll definitely feel like they're old friends this year. Hopefully, they can really make that chemistry work for us this year. You can see why Cam wanted to grab Trent Green when the Chiefs decided they wanted to go with their young guys at QB. They might end up regretting getting rid of Trent. Trent could end up being like Drew Brees was for the Saints. Who knows? I'm sure that Trent and Cam are going to be spending a lot of time together at the training facility plotting like generals in a war to try to make it happen.
It started out kind of novel but then it just got weird.
I kind of laughed at the Fan Support round when I saw Tomlin 10, Cameron 8...I couldn't have agreed more, lol. But the author missed a golden opportunity to note that while Cameron hit the canvass off a devastating Tomlin blow, Dolphins fans were seen at ring side chanting "Bra-dy, Bra-dy, Bra-dy".
