Offense-#14

Defense-#18

Just checked it out over NFL.com. As you can tell, Leinhan has really helped out our offense putting it from 20 something to 14. Our defense still needs alot of work and one reason why it is lower this year is because of our DB's giving up the big plays and alot of yardage. Overall, I'm please with the ranking and do expect both og them to be much better next season.

Imagine what our numbers would look like with a great QB.

I think San Fran was the worst in offense and defense.....I remember when they were such a great team.....wow have they fallen off over the years.

Wow, and we are 16 in record. The average of those numbers.

I was one of three people who believed the offense would outrank the defense based on the thread above. I was a bit optimistic about the offense (10 vs 14) and a little pessimistic about the defense (20 vs 18). I still think I did pretty well in projecting things out.

My best guess is that this trend will continue next year. It's early to know for sure, but I expect the O to break into the top 10 and the D to approach that but not surpass what the O does.

That's not too bad, I just can't wait until next year after Saban's second draft. And free agency.

If we're in the top 15 in offense and defense, we're a playoff team.

Actually, there are only 12 teams that make the playoffs. So theoretically, we would need to be top 12 in offense and defense averaged out to make the playoffs.

I believe what he was saying that If we rank at least those numbers, we will make the playoffs.

That presupposes that the same teams are tops in both categories. I'd be shocked if Miami was #15 in both and missed out on the playoffs.

I think next season we'll be 8th on offense and 10th on defense with again the best sacking total on defense, ricky and ronnie combined for 1850yds,chambers with another 1000yd yr..GOOOOOOOOOO PHINS
