lol parker going off? Howard practiced against him for years and I heard from camp, shut him down. Howard has just been practicing against hill and waddle more talented wrs than Parker. It's like Ramsey practicing against cooper kupp and holding his own, then plays parker in a game. Can never be over confident vs another pro athlete, but howard has just gotten used to a greater challenge vs hill, so if howard was ready vs hill.....he's definitely ready vs parker.
