I finally got a new keyboard for my computer. I broke it during Hurricane Wilma, and until today did not have a place to buy a new one.

Still I'm without power, but having a nice Diesel Generator is helping my type. I'll be without power most of this week, but that's easy. Quite a bit of damage down in the Cutler Ridge area, so being alive is what counts.

One thing I never lost was my Dish so watching the Dolphins win the Fema Bowl was sweet.

You people thought you were finally rid of me ayyy? Not a chance.

Thanks, everyone is OK on my front, house is fine, but my job took huge hits. I'm going to be busy for a few months, but at least I'm working.
 
Who cares during the season? You're only useful for camp reports. :tongue:

Well, what if I told you that my truck is a total loss, and I had no insurance. Looks like no more camp reports. Donations anyone? :D

We've missed you Ozzie...Know well about no electric and those noisy generators, but it did get us thru the nite and keep the food good (plus a god cup of coffee in the morn...We were without electric a total of 15 days (total of all 4 hurricanes 2 yrs ago)...no fun...temps in the 90's... thank goodness your family are OK and here's to restored power soon.........:)

Lotsa damage up in Palm Beach County. Got power on Saturday and watched the...:lol: FEMA BOWL :lol: ...on Sunday!
 
Great to hear you came out okay man. Being without power for an extended period absolutely sucks. At least it's a little cooler down there right now.
 
It's amazing how those dishes hold up. When Isabel hit here last year, a tree toppled over on my house, but the dish was just fine and I was able to watch the phins game the next weekend with no problems...except the hole in the house.

Be sure you have the computer on a surge protector, those generators can surge.(Or so I have been told) glad to hear your ok. Fema Bowl :rofl3: it took me a second.
