Fines for Scalping

Mike Tice has been fined $100,000 for scalping SuperBowl tickets he purchased through the league's policy of allowing every NFL player and coach the right to buy up to 2 tickets at face value as long as they promise not to sell the tickets at a profit.

No word on whether the league intends to fine Tice for scalping Rick Spielman and the Dolphins in the 2004 draft

they should fine Spielman for being such a mug... we were in a position where we could have drafted either Udeze, Wilfork or Carey - Carey wasn't a must have.

It was a text book wanny/spielman panic move, once the eagles traded up for Shawn Andrews they had no idea what to do panicked and took the next best o-lineman, glad to hear carey is doing better now though

Good. I thought Tice was ghetto when he scalped his tickets so he needs to be disciplined for such back alley tactics.

If the fins go to the SB, you think he'd be interested in scalping those?
