Finheaven 'fantasy' draft ***NOT FANTASY FOOTBALL***

So a few months ago the user "JimToss" had an idea to have a league where someone owned every team and they could pick 3 people to keep currently on their team and then they had a draft with the pool of remaining players to pick on their teams. Well i decided to try and re-do the entire thing starting completely over.
To stop arguing about who will be the dolphins because naturally, probably everyone will want to be them, i will be them.
And without further ado, here is the post, with my personal changes.

The post got good response and many wanted to execute this actual idea.
Here's the premise:
Due to impending CBA doom, the NFL has decided to make all players free agents and place them into a draft.
Each team is allowed to protect 3 players to prevent them from going into the pool.
The idea is to include 32 people to take each of the NFL teams. Each person designates 3 players "keepers" who do not go into the pool of FA's.
Once all teams are filled and keepers designated we will follow the order of the 2009 NFL draft to make it easy. I'll make sure every team has a pick and no team has 2 picks.
Think just like a regular fantasy draft, where each round is reversed. Therefore the Steelers get the #32 and #33 pick in the draft.
Remember to draft/keep not based on fantasy points, but based on in real life who would you want to build a team around. Remember to factor in age and positional demand of the players. When you pick a team, copy and paste what is below (most recent added) and add your name and players. I'll try to keep this updated. Copy the most recent addition to it (even if I didn't update it.) Until you physically sign your name to the sheet you are not counted. Sorry about being kind of a jerk about that but it would get annoying inputing 32 people.
A mods help may be needed for this. I may be PMing people if this takes off. Thanks in advance. Also if someone can sticky this it would be great.

Ground Rules:
Current NFL players AND anyone that was in the 2009 NFL rookie class. Also any preexisting injuries must be accounted for. Remember in this draft Michael Vick is out of jail, and Plaxico's leg still has a bullet hole. No funny stuff.
Obviously all players who are protected are ineligible for the draft. As are all drafted players.
If a player who has already been selected/drafted is picked make sure to try to tell me (preferably by PM) and post about it.
However, any picks which are made after the mistake will be counted. The person will just insert their new pick with the players not available to them.
24 hours will be given from the time of the previous pick to make the next selection. After that the pick will be skipped and the player (such as the above situation) can make the pick at anytime, however any picks before the selection will be counted.
After you make you selection it is your duty to private message the player who is behind you, telling them that they are on the clock. This will help keep the draft moving.
Remember the Draft inverts with each round. The Steelers have the 32 and 33rd pick of the draft. While the Cardinals have the 31st and 34th. Detroit has the last pick in the 2nd round as well as the first pick in the third.
I think that is about it. If any suggestions, we can talk in here.
I am going to private message the Lions GM, and officially place him on the clock. However, due to it being the first pick 36 hours will be granted before moving on.
Could everyone please do their part in keeping the picks updated my posting our original list of keepers with your new draft pick!
