I guess I meant starter right away, such as a pass rusher would be. So going off need, I think a pass rusher would be the bigger priority.

There is no "right or wrong answer here". Go with your gut. Id love a strong pass rusher. Who doesnt love seeing your team mutilate the opposing QB? Seeing your team get a sack, for me, is immensely enjoyable.
