FINHEAVEN has great impact on Phins Coaches

I think the more parsimonious explanation is that SOME people here are fairly good prognosticators and analysts of the team. Then when the move happens in real life, it makes it look like the coaches are consulting the site.

you watch your language young man...:)

For every GOOD move that someone on the board suggests, there are 20-25 HORRIBLE ideas that idiots actually think are good moves. :shakeno:

Unfortunately, this is so true! For this reason alone, I doubt any of the coaches take our site seriously for actual player personel moves. These guys do this full time - I think they know what they're doing, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that signing Lance Shulters is probably a good idea when you are thin at safety.

I do think, though, that some of the players check it out from time to time - at least the ones who are fan friendly. It's only natural to want to be liked, and I'm sure players check us out to see what the word on the street is (If Donald Lee reads this site regularly, he's probably getting ready to jump off a downtime Miami building sometime soon). Maybe some of the excecs read us as well, to get a read on the fans for marketing, etc. But that's about it.

I remember the guy who posted about Manuel Wright entering the supplemental draft, and quickly Saban got on it with his coaching staff..Results--We drafted him

Lance Schulter--Same thing...I can't even count how many posts we had about bringing Lance Schulters in.

We even pleaded for David Boston to be re-signed when he apparently almost became a 49er.

Now, I read some posts about the offensive line after the game saturday where some good posters who analyzed the game saw that the pressure (blitz) was coming 90% of the time from the right side (McDougle and Hadnot) while the left side (Carey, James) did their homework. Results: McDougle is benched and he was suppsoed to be a star player

I believe that Saban and his staff read this board very often and take our comments very seriously...This board has a major impact on decision making..He even benched McKinney and then realized that he had no better alternatives.

Hell, even agents (Tessler) want to plead their cases in here.

I would like to see more contructive criticisms to keep this board a hotbed for coaches and players.

Please refrain from posting stupidity about "starting Berlin", "releasing McMIchael because of one bad game", and bashing the QB's who have no time to throw.

IS THIS COMEDY CENTRAL?????? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!! SABAN RIGHT NOW IS LOOKING ON THIS BOARD TO FIGURE OUT HIS NEXT MOVE.......HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

are you crazy?....nobody associated with the Dolphins organization ever reads this board...

Ummmm .... how can you know that for sure?

We know of a few folks who are associated with the Dolphins, in some way, that have frequented the site. ;)

I have officially filed a "Can I have the last 30 seconds of my life back" complaint form with FinHeaven management. This post is ridiculous. Do players peek in here from time to time? I wouldn't doubt it. Do coaches, especially Saban of all people, base even one of their decisions on a fraction of a fraction of a percent of any of the stuff we post in here??? ARE YOU FREAKING NUTS??? :shakeno:

God help us all!

Just when I think I've seen the most idiotic posts that can never be topped, somehow, someone will post one better!
Entertainment at it's best!

Coaches who consult with their fans will wind up sitting next to them in the stands, cheering on the next coach! :)

Enjoy.

Dude, you are kidding...right?

Yeah I also saw on this board we should:

Sign Jeff Garcia
Sign Brad Johnson
Sign Ty Law
Trade for Edge
Trade for Sean Alexander
Trade for Travis Henry
Draft Braylon Edwards
Draft Cedric Benson

Just to name a few.

Not out to bash anyone, but I'm seriously worried about Randy McMichael....from some reports here, his blocking is terrible, he's not concentrating on catching the ball and that business with his excessive drinking and wife trouble He has been one of my favorites so I hope I'm wrong.

Do you really think the coaches and players have time like us losers to sit here and read all this garbage we put on here? C'mon be real
