I really can't believe that everyone on this board has given up over one preseason game. For the love of God, who cares. Did you expect them to be precise with all that time off. We all knew that the first few games of the regular season may be sloppy due to the lack of practice. Let's freak out during the 2nd game of the season at least!

That being said, I thought Henne looked more confident and poised. He had his head up field and kind of took charge like I haven't seen him do before. I loved it when he yelled at Murtha for the false start.

I think that we have hope and we will have an up tempo attack with 5 wides and a checkdown option that may open up the deep pass.

We'll be fine on defense and I'm overall, pretty excited.

I'm not sure who really would have been an absolute upgrade over Henne with the shortened offseason. I know that you are calling for mallett, as was I on draft day, but he played against 3rd stringers and hasn't done anything yet.

Give it a few real weeks cause they can't do anything about the qb now. Someone actually posted that we should sign Delhomme. I'm positive that that won't help either.

Yeah, i mean reality is reality. reality is henne has thrown bad throws, but this is new O and no time to get ready this year. At same time, why do you want to put the good stuff on tape like Atlanta did? that is stupidity. Now they know mularky is running end arounds at least twice a game.

I liked henne yellin at murtha as well. I also like daboll giving henne crap too. Its all good. Henne needs more attititude instead of teh even keel behavior.

dude. the good stuff on tape? are u kidding me. u mean like running the ball for more than 2 yards. like throwing a good post pattern for a td. yes lets look crappy so we sneak up on people on monday night.... that is the most insane post iv ever read.

This is the standard reactions on this board.

Henne throws incomplete:
Poster 1: "The world is going to end!!!"
#2: "Fire everyone! A is a bust! B is a bust!"
#3: "I am never watching this team ever again!"

Henne throws for a TD:
Poster 1: "I told you all he is better! This will be a great season!"
#2: "We are superbowl bound!"
#3: "Henne is going to the Pro Bowl, he will break all of Marino's records!"

Enough with the roller coasters. Let's watch them get better please.

I know that you know what the word everyone really means. That being said, not everyone has given up on the season.

Don't undervalue gamesmanship. No team is gonna show their entire playbook for friggin preseason games.
