are you effing kidding me. why do they always play down to their competition. It is like they don't even care if they win and are just playing in the backyard.

pathetic.
 
I already knew this game would be close a week ago .. I mean, if we win then we win, but damn does it feel bad to have close games with teams that have been just atrocious all season
 
eh I dunno. We did get a team with a healthy Orlando Pace and a healthy Stephen Jackson. Let's not forget, the Giants had to beat these guys in OT and the Redskins did lose to them.
 
Did anyone stop to think that this is as good as we are?

We have marginal talent that if it goes all out each week, might squeeze out some close victories. I know that's the way I look at them. The games with the 49ers and Chiefs will go about the same way if we win them. And I don't expect much at the Jets. Face it, we were 1-15 and ditched half of the roster in the off season. 6-5 right now is about all we have the right to expect. And if the Rams had ANY passing game at all, we'd be total toast today.
 
I had an uneasy feeling this was going to be a tough game. While I wanted us to play lights out today, I will always take a win, no matter who tough it is to obtain it. We are 7-5 right now, just a year after going 1-15. That is what we should all remember.
 
I wish this season were over already, I'm tired of pulling my hair out every week for 4 solid hrs.
 
We don't have the talent to blow out teams. We will get there though. It's a true testament to our coaching staff that we are pulling off all these close wins.
