Happy to say that I just found out today that I will be able to get home from work in time for the game. I live in Denver, and my wife surprised my with Dolphins - Broncos tickets last month. Not sure where I'm sitting, but this will be my first NFL game, period. I'm pretty excited and looking forward to seeing our beloved Phins spank the Broncos!

Planning on a tailgate?
I'm making the quick 100 mile trip south for the game. Can't pass up the chance to see the boys playing so close. Sec 118. I'm definitely down for tailgating.

Ugh. I'm 8 hours away in Utah but I can't bring myself to commit to making my wife, 4 year old, and 2 month old drive out there this weekend.

It might be best to leave the wife and kids at home. They will be more comfortable at home.
I've been there the last two times they played there, the last one being in 08 and I was legitimately impressed at how well-represented we were. Not expecting the same this time around with how far apart the teams looked heading into this season and how much tickets prices for Denver games have spiked since they picked up Manning.
I almost decided not to go this time, but eventually caved. I'll be there. Going solo for this one. Hoping for a better result this time than the last Dolphins game I went to which was that Lions disaster in 2010.

I've never considered going to the game alone to be honest. I mean, I watch the games alone, so what's the difference, right? :)
I'd hate to be stuck between a bunch of drunk bronco fans rooting the fins on by my lonesome. Is it a safe/enjoyable place to go to a game?

What a nice lady you have man! My very first Dolphins game was against the Broncos in 2002 (you know the classic that has its own thread right now) ...it was a special game not just because of the way we won, but because it was my first. I hope you get to have as much enjoyment from your first game, against the same team and in the same stadium as I did!
This will be #4 for me....and LONG overdue. I also saw Phins/Chargers on MNF in Tempe in 2003, and Phins/Sea (uugh, with AJ Feeley) in 2004. Since the Phins plummeted into non relevancy since, and then moving to Hawaii....I haven't had an opportunity till now.
This game is extra special for me though, because its the first time I'll ever have gone to a Phins game with both my dad and bro (dad is in FL, bro in Colorado, and me in Hawaii) so were all coming together for this. No matter what happens I will love every second of it.

Yes, I'd say so. The Broncos fans are passionate and loud...but most have class. If we beat them...they will just trash talk their players/coaches and likely leave you alone. Thats what they did in 02 anyway...cursing Griese lol.
