Looks like the polarizing Tannenbaum will make or break this team for at least the next 3-5 years. I'm not optimistic or pessimistic about it. I'm just meh, like these past seasons.

We need the Tbaum people to come in here and tell us who Tbaum is likely to go with.

True about Hickey, but also it might mean they are willing to let a HC bring in his own GM. Don't sleep on that.

I think it might be wise to elevate Chris Grier to the GM post.
