From what I’ve been told, I expect the Dolphins to target the Packers’ defensive coaches – assistant head coach Winston Moss (if he doesn’t get the Raiders head coaching job), safeties coach Darren Perry and defensive line coach Mike Trgovac. For offensive coordinator, Mike Sherman is the likely front-runner if he doesn’t get the Bucs’ head coaching job. He and Philbin go back more than 30 years, when Sherman was Philbin’s coach and English teacher at Worcester (Mass.) Academy.

Yeah not sure I want assistants form that side of the ball down there in GB...

Mike Sherman would be great, a former head coach and even better way to implement the West Coast Offense in South Florida. Also he coached Tannehill. Get Fylnn( I want RG3 more) and then draft Tannehill and with all 3 QB(including Moore) we are set at QB. I wouldn't mind who wins the starting job as long as we win.

Now for the assistants, not sure GB will let that happen. I wouldnt mind Moss since he is recommended by many but Clement QB coach would be my choice to bring. I like keeping Bowles or bringing koyle from bengals over.

One thing Joe Philibin will make happen it looks like is putting together a staff of young up and coming coaches with some Vets that will make this staff and front office respectable for sure. Hopefully it if anything leave us with a GB culture in the building on how to conduct buisness

Oops phone posted twice sorry.

Now these two coaches will know if Flynn and Tannehill are the present and future of franchise and make Moore even better. I like that. If they don't chase either then fine we should be confident they know better then

I don't know, they've been a turnover machine two years in a row. And with the way the league is going, I think that's the formula for success. Best way to stop Tom Brady is to hit him, strip the ball from him, and intercept the ball. Ain't going to do it playing zone coverage.

Packer's D was bad more due to injury than scheme.

Mike Sherman at OC could be real nice. I love the Packer's scheme so much..this could be so fun to watch with the right QB.

Reggie bush will be utilized so well....cant wait.

Moss has an assistant head coach title so he seems like he would be a difficult pull.

I'd definitely be interested in Kevin Greene. He played in the 3-4 with the Steelers. I have seen him mic'd up and he may be a eally good motivator too.

I'm not sure where the Bengals DB coach popped up from? I'd like a guy who will still use 3-4 principles.
