YES! Maybe using Kosier as leverage to get Scott to sign a cheaper deal. It won't work. It never works for Ireland
I see a pattern here. When we bring in a good player for a visit, we know he'll end up with another team. When we bring in a players that's hurt or that isn't all that great, we all feel we'll end up with him on our team.

Which FA receivers would you prefer? It's obvious that we will be selecting a WR or 2 in the draft in 3 weeks. Linemen on average have a much longer career span than most positions including WR. It makes a heck of a lot more sense filling OL holes/depth through FA than it does signing FA receivers.

Reggie Wayne was the one WR I wanted the Dolphins to sign. Manningham was my fail-safe desire. Yeah those guys are gone now but the only area the Dolphins seem to be focusing on is OL.
Seriously, how much money can Scott be asking for? As far as I’m aware, we’re the only team negotiating with him. I’m all for not overpaying but we certainly didn’t do ourselves any favors with Columbo last season, regardless of his contract
