OK let me just tell you guys the reason Im seperating this into 2 parts is because I have been busy this week especially today and I have been feeling like shi* Tonight I will be breaking down the offenses of both teams. Tomorrow I'll talk about defense and special teams.

QB

Fins - Gus had one hell of a performance Sunday, he was 26 of 34 for 275 yards, 2TDs, and 1 INT. Hopefully he will play well against the Jets after all they have a tougher IMO then the Broncos. He also didnt make alot of stupid descions besides the pick. Lets hope it stays that way and having a good understanding of the offense helps a ****load.

Jets - Chad Pennington played like *** Sunday, 6 fumbles and a pck he passed for 200+ yards and had a 61 complaetion % but that really doesnt matter once you way the good and the bad. That was strange that he played like that I heard that he hasnt grasped the new offense yet ,and that his arm is still bothering him a little, we will see how big these factors really are if they are true. Looking at the Fins' defense on film might help him some, but Saban hasnt showed all of his playbook yet so film study, might not be a big factor. Im sure he will play better though.

WR & TE

Fins - We are pretty deep when comes to our recievers. Chambers had a fumble and Boston didnt do anything but they will play better. Booker, Welker and McMike had a good game sunday, thats the kind of consistency this team needs on offensenad our depth at thee psitions is a major key for us.

Jets - Their second TE Baker had a good game, we didnt see much of Jolley yet, but supposedly he will have a breakout year. Coles and Mccairens are good wideouts, and Chrebet is a good 3rd wideout, they have some depth at these positions as well.

RB

Fins - Ronnie Brown had a decent first game 57 yards, 2.6 YPC aint bad , but he will do better and he will be agood back, Morris and Minor steped up and played well when Brown wasnt in and when ricky comes back that will add to our depth. The reverse with Chambers was a good run as well.

Jets - C Mart had the same yards as Ronnie, but he had 2.9 YPC, still you would expect more from a good RB who lead the league in rushing last year, I'm not saying hes done its way too early for that, but if he does have a bad year I have a feeling its gonna be this one.

O Line

Fins - A very solid performance by the o line, it looks like they got their *** in gear thanks to Houck, Vernon adn D mac played well, no sacks. The only problems I saw were that the Run Blocking need work and there are still are snap penalties, They must correct those mistakes.

Jets - They allowed 3 sacks, not a stat to be proud of espcially from an oline that I thought was pretty damn good. Well I'm sure that thier main guys Kendall Fabini and Mawae wills trep up, it should be an intresting match up aginst our D line.

Fabini stinks. Kendall's best yrs are behind him. Mawae is still solid, but the other 2 linemen are just average.
Not impressed. Ours has a much bigger upside.
