the dolphins should offer up a langsford or stark and a high draft pick like a number 2 to get the bengals to budge and put carson palmer in aqua and orange! perry 2012!

i dont agree...we can give up a player and a late pick, but not a high pick for a washed up QB...id rather stick with Moore and hope for the best.. :/

I would of traded a 2nd for Orton but not Palmer.

My point exactly... :)

I was all for him in the offseason but now it's too late. We got give Henne his last shot this season. It's going to suck but what ever, either he finally turns the corner and becomes what we wanted him to be or he sucks and we're staring at Landry Jones or Matt Barkley. And if he sucks as bad as I think he does then we'll end up with Luck.<br>

I don't care about the QB's name, his name can be Henne, Fiedler, Huard, Lucas, Luck, Barkley, what ever. I want a franchise QB, even if he's barely elite (like Flacco), I just want a damn good QB.

let me put the cabash on this. in our game vs. cincy. Palmer had an opening drive where he took his team down and scored 6 with well designed plays. Then, all due to chris clemons and his non-catchability of an INT right in his mits, and then bobbles it right into TO's hands for a TD and they put up 14. The entire rest of the game our defense smashed his *** and covered ochosinko and TO to nothing!!!! Then Sean Smith intercepted him to finish him off.

So so many people on here think Palmer is better than Henne. But Henne took our team down when it mattered and scored and won the game.

Now, we all know that this was one of Henne's better games and the other half sucked. But why would anyone want to give up big picks for this guy???

GIVE IT UP ALREADY! Even if he were available, why do you want to want to just push the future further back? This guy has been in the league more than Henne and people who play the game say Palmer has lost something and never ever produced past the one good year he had but then got injured in. The dude is a name and that is why people want him. This whole finhell is about names. they all want a name they can tout to jets fans or something. I think we did fine getting Moore. We will draft two QB's next year. Book it.

giving up a second and one of our top d lineman for a soon to be retired qb
is almost as crazy as voting for rick perry the only repub id vote for is ron paul
all the others are nut jobs with hidden agendas..

Starks is proven, young and affordable.. he's worth a 2 at least all by himself. When you consider Leinart, Quinn, Mayben, Russell, Gholsten, etc, hell Starks may be worth a #1. So there's your high draft pick. Throw in a 4th and we've got a deal. Anything higher than that which restricts our options in the April draft is not worth the most likely limited and short term upside. Worst thing that could happen is we bring him in, he goes down and we're stuck with nothing including no options to trade up in April.

There's nothing that screams Miami Dolphins more than sending out valuable draft picks to acquire a QB who has hit rock bottom.

if we can some how get rid of langsford and stark and keep langford and starks and get palmer im all for it..
