No way. If we would have done it right after the CBA was agreed upon, sure. But we are committed to Henne now. I just say ride the season out with him. If we make the playoffs, great. If we don't, then take a first round quarterback.

I wouldn't give up a 2nd at all. He's retired so his value is at rock bottom. I would not even consider offering a 2nd and Langford unless we got their 1st and 3rd. We know that's not happening. Although Palmer is cleary better, Ill roll with Henne.

Last time I checked the Dolphins had a better record than the Bengals last season.
And before anyone tries to get clever with excuses, the Dolphins O-line and Running game were poop, the OC was using an old Knute Rockne playbook and Miami still beat Cinci 22 to 14. The Dolphins did fist-pump their way to victory but Henne still out-played Palmer.
Now, why do we want to get that guy? Let him relax and enjoy his Sunday Ticket subscription.
