Just heard Adam Beasley on 790 say that we discussed a multi year deal with OV with the framework around 12 mil a year and he balked at it. If that's true, he can kick rocks. I like OV but that's crazy money for him.

He'll get that and more elsewhere. I don't fault him. He is wise to cash in now after he had a strong end to the season, since his rep up to that point was getting stuffed and hoping Wake did something.

Much happier to spend $4mil less on Mario Williams, if the rumors are true.

Wow, OV, have an extremely high opinion of yourself much?

If that's true, then he truly does not want to be in Miami, so let his greedy butt go away to the highest bidder.

pull the tag and open the door... gtfo

Wow, meteoric rise for a solid yet unspectacular player known more for his mental lapses than getting QB's on the ground.

I don't know if the fact that he's from Miami has clouded some people's judgement into thinking his "pressures" stat somehow puts in the caliber of pro bowl players.

I've never been worried about losing him, honestly I always thought Lamar Miller was the better of the two U's.

remember we paid Suh

Sign Williams and Sign Hayes get rid of OV, keep Wake as a situational pass rusher as he heals.

Normally I would cut a 34 year old guy off an Achilles, but this guy is a workout warrior and has defired the odds his whole career. He is a team guy and a leader on this team.

We should all have known OV was going for the money. He's a money player, wants to get paid. He'll find out tomorrow what his value is when other teams can finally talk to him.

signing OV to that kind of money would really set us back financially. if we can fix more holes on this team, properly, then his departure will not be missed.

I think they are probably totally focused

on getting that compensatory pick and removing the transition tag by now.
