23. Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins effectively utilized a 1-2 power punch out of the backfield with Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown last season. With Williams now suspended, Brown will run solo this year unless Miami is able to make a move. Despite the presence of Williams and a reduced workload in the second half of the year, Brown still gained 907 yards as a rookie on a strong 4.4 yards per carry average. He also proved a capable receiver with 32 catches. At present, Miami has Travis Minor, Sammy Morris and Kay-Jay Harris in competition for a share of the workload and to serve as Brown's backup. Neither Minor nor Morris has distinguished themselves during their careers, as they possess rushing averages of 4.1 and 3.8, respectively. The Dolphins are rumored to be one of the teams interested in dealing for Bennett from New Orleans.

wow these analysts really dont know what the hell there talking about miami is definately higher then a 23

i think what they are sayin is miami doesnt have a capable back up and brown hasnt proved he can carry the load... i like to be ranked low just so we can prove them wrong rather than have high expectations and then fail

this has to be bc of depth....ronnie brown will explode this year

we'd be 1 if we had ricky....thx alot man!

i think they meant to put us there because they wanted to match the best rb in the league with his own #

I agree with that. We have a 2nd year back with no outstanding backups. It would have been top 10-12 if Ricky was there b/c R&R is a two-headed monster in the backfield. So without Ricky, all we have is a pretty good back and a handful of role players who don't really know or have roles.

I got news for everybody. Not only will ronnie be carrying the load, but he may just get in about 500-600 yds recieving. DC to RB. Get used to it! I bet the Buffalo Bills defensive coordinators are salivating over that!:sidelol:

As long as it isn't JH to RB. Cuz given enough chances it'll be JH to MLB or CB or OLB or S.

At least it wont be Rosenfels to the Defensive End like in the Bills game.....

we have without a doubt a capable back-up, i think were around 13th-15th because brown has proved to be "great" or "elite" yet. 23 is too low if you ask me.

They are capable. But are they really capable of more than 60 yards a game if Ronnie gets hurt?

Ronnie will prove to be one of the better backs in the NFL. He just needs to get a few good games under his belt. With a little tweaking from the Saban he will be quite the Back.

Go Dolphins

23 Ronnie Brown's number. We would be ranked alot higher if we had a better backup.I think Morris is a good backup but alot of people dont.
