Fins Sign LEster towns

When he was in his prime during his years in Carolina this man could hit, and I mean he could hit hard!
I think he was injured for a year and got let go by Carolina because of it, but i could be wrong

Is he still healthy?
I know he's played for the Cardinals this season, even had 7 tackles in one or two games

I do not know much bout him but i know that he is a hard hitter

this guy was great with Carolina, I remember him from there....how old is he??

He was pretty good and hopefully, most importantly, injury free.

Scott O'Brian likes this guy, I remember reading something about him wanting to bring him in awhile ago. Can't remember where I saw this though.

ST player.....he was cut by Arizona, he'll be nothing more than Zeke would've been. Does not have 1 sack in his career, thats pretty amazing for somebody 6 yearsinto the league.

He also really hasnt played since 2003. You can look at stats all you want, but if you had said Lester Towns a few weeks ago, almost everybody here would've said "Who?"

Yeah, but I think the Dolphins are trying to find some gems in the ruff before the season is over to see if they can fill some needs and not have to use picks on them. Remember, E.Moore and J.Seau is probably gone, so they are looking for replacements and it is cheap to sign players that are claimed off waivers. Let's hope we find some backups so that we don't have to worry about those spots.
