Fins Up To Date Wildcard chances

Heading into week 17, the Fins are looking to win the AFC East by beating the Jets. What I want to know is, what has to happen for Miami to earn the last wildcard spot, assuming they lose to the Jets this week. IF, the Patriots lose to Buffalo and the Ravens lose to the Jaguars, is Miami in as wildcard?
