This is the NFL not the NCAA, any team can beat any other team in any given week. I am tired of people putting the Dolphins out of it. 4-12 Fins beat the 2004 Superbowl champs last year, so why can't they do it again. As long as Saban executes a good game plan we could pull it off. Anything could happen this week but look at the Fins kick the *** out of the Broncos in week one every said the Fins would get smacked in that one!

It's not about being negative is about dealing with reality, I doubt our record will be better than last years as long as we put the game in Gus's hands.
Our D is not as good as last years and our O with better OL and R&R in the backfield can't get it done because Linehan thinks he still back in Minnesota.

If they play like they did against the broncos, then they win. At times they play well. If they can not convert 3rd downs or get off the field on 3rd down they lose. I think the Dolphins have a chance to beat any team on the schedule any week. They just continue to make stupid mistakes. If they play smart and execute they are good enough to beat this pats team.

Then again, I'm one of those Dolphin homers that watches/listens till the end and the clock goes to zeros, thinking they could still win. Doesn't matter how much they are down by. Illness.

Firstly our D is better then last year except for Surtain... MUCH Better front seven!

Secondly, your right, we can't put the game in Gus's hands but he has to just make the plays in front of him. Ronnie and Ricky will win some games if the coaches let them...

If we play the Texans, then yes I say win. Other then that we stink. Listen I love the fins but reality is this team is too inconsistent to put any long winning streaks together. Be happy to win 6 or 7 this year.

We need to do a better job of controlling Time of Possession.....The Falcons had the ball 37 minutes to our 23......we need to run the ball more and get more than 10 carries for Ronnie and Ricky....I think Ronnie should have 20 carries and 10-15 for Ricky. We did cut down a little on the penalties but we made 3 stupid ones on 3rd down against the Falcons......if we can cut down on the penalties, not turn the ball over and control the ball we can beat the Pats. Lots of if's, but a Fins win and we are in 1st. :)
