Championship or nothing.
Get rid of all of Saban guys. Keep of course Hudson , Capers and Garrett.
#1 on the hit list Mularkey.

No, there's plenty of high-quality coaches on our staff that Saban brought in that should be retained. George Edwards, Bobby Williams, and especially Dan Quinn to name a few.
You might actually see Mularkey stay on the staff too. We'll see.
The smart fans want Mularkey fired because of his playcalling. That won't be an issue next year because Cam has already said he'll be the one calling plays on game day.Well I guess If MM stays that means the new HC is an idiot, because the smart fans here think we should fire MM. Marv Levy wanted to keep MM, If Mike remains on the team that's yet another respected coach that would make the smae decision. At what point does Mike stop getting crap? People here act like MM was here for years and had Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison to produce for him and he hamperd their ability.
Yes, but I'm not sure what he can do after a year of garbage for the current players. The smart fans want Mularkey fired because of his playcalling. That won't be an issue next year because Cam has already said he'll be the one calling plays on game day.
Oh god, dont give cam ideas. I hate asking for people to be fired but if I hope the bills jets or pats hire him it can be justified imo.You might actually see Mularkey stay on the staff too. We'll see.
To be fair, what is he going to say.."The reason we didnt score points is the players werent good enough"...The reason is clearly poor play on the offensive side of the ball, not so much the playcalling. Could the playcalling have been better, of course, but the real reason they sucked, is that they sucked....I would have been more supportive of MM staying (as long as Cam was calling plays) had he not made the comment about not knowing why the Dolphins offense didn't score more points this year. (Sorry, no link, but I believe it was in one of the local Florida newspapers/websites.)
I can't help but feel like, if the guy wants to stay, he better be able to tell me how we hit the iceberg and how he's going to help us avoid it next year. To say "I don't know" leaves me feeling like it's time to move him along. In fairness, maybe he gave Cam a better answer during their meeting today than he gave to the press. We shall find out soon enough.
