I don't really understand the fire Gase threads and comments. You don't make moves like we did cutting ties with four top talent guys expecting to be at the same level immediately. It would seem to me this business move has the support of the front office. Anyone understands this takes some time.

They made the movies so to me it shows they also see Gase here in 2019, giving him the logical time to retool. Fire Gase comments seem like a waste of breath or a lack of understanding to me. Got different thoughts on the matter?

I’m starting to look at what Philbin, Sherman, Gase, Loggains have in common......RT.
I wonder how much better these coaches would look with an Aaron Rogers or Patrick Mahomes in the backfield.
Hard to assess any coach until they’ve worked with a franchise QB

Well having a guy like Rodgers would help any coach, right?

Gase’s record with Tannehill at QB is 11-6.

Gase has shown something to me so he deserves more time. At 3-0 we were all happy. Its very troubling that we don't show up at all for a game like New England. Exactly the same when we went to Baltimore last year. Is that on the coach??

Like the honesty that you don't understand, I agree.

Not trying to change anyone's minds here, cause if the last several years of the continued examples of Gases lack of ability have not at to many times made you scratch your head in wonderment and at least question Gases insight and ability on even a basic head coaching 101 level, I don't see how we are watching the same team and see the impossibility of a few to wake up without taking another 3 years to do so. I mean its been playing out now for several years and sadly it's STILL not changing.

I understand Head Coach is a new position for Gase and in most cases needs a period of time to find and get into a groove but truthfully after these few years don't see the Growth and enough insight to even begin to consider him even near ready for the position. Be nice to have someone who pretty much has more insight, knowledge, understanding and yes real experience and can out right come up with an actual plan of some kind of blueprint of how to build a solid foundation for our team and not this coaching by the scruff of your pants we constantly are force to live through that has no to little success for a future....

3-1
But we made the playoffs....

This TEAM Sucks...period

Sorry if you can enjoy this wreck and believe all the excuses your lucky ...me seen enough and at this point it's just heart breaking.......

The point of the thread wasn’t Tannehill or quarterbacks it was whether you think the front office would even fire Gase this year in almost any circumstance, aside from the oddest of circumstances,. I don’t think so do you?

Do you know what a common denominator is? Or the rate limiting step in a chemical reaction?
That’s all I’m saying

Ya it would be refreshing, and the average fan would not be to far off to think that their Head coaches would be able to also understand that essential point, you know football 101. Just shows how FU our organization has been..... truly sad..

Ross is very good in the spending he just needs to get some who knows what they are doing to run everything and him stay out....like maybe go out and get someone like a Tom Coughlin to run the team as a president or GM like the Jags ....

Yes but perhaps people could realize this and stop posting lines that say fire Gase. Because it ain’t happening. But when did people ever want to post only things that are based in reality.

Wasn’t Bill Parcells supposed to be that guy. I know it was Huizenga who hired him, but same issue.

Ya he was ...

Just goes to show it ain't that easy..... but IMO a decent shot....
Failed with him doesn't mean you give up and not make an effort to bring in someone thats arguably that credible, if available... Because whatever we've been doing is actually beyond failure ...lol
