Fire/Hire Coordinators & Get O-line

The recipe isn't difficult. We need more experienced and capable coordinators especially on offense. Fix the O-line by getting guys who are cemented bonafide at tackle or guard. Enough hybrids as if we are gonna change the way offensive lines play.

This isn't hard but we've made it hard for past 15 years

Im afraid the entire staff is not worthy of their positions.
Clean house, trade our best players for #1s to get draft capital and start over.

Personally I don't like all this RPO fad BS. AND I'm not an old dude (44).

I want maulers, a FB, I formation and pro sets. Counter plays, etc. If you are going to run the ball, then run down their throats!

I disagree.
QB is the offense, he is the OC and the field general. Must get the right QB. OC is just a helper.
On defense however it is the DC. They hoped they got one in FLo, however they hired him to be the HC instead of DC.
