Fire Sherman (most likely resign)
Hire Gary Kubiak or Tom Moore.

Fire Jim Turner
Hire Someone else

Fire LB coach
Hire Someone else

Cut Wheeler

Resign Grimes
Resign Soliai
Resign Carroll
Resign Jerry
Resign Clemons

Starks walks, O-Line walks, Keller walks (no pun intended)

Philbin and Ireland both stay.

says the fan who has no idea what a salary cap is

You shouldn't throw stones in a glass house. Dolphins have significant cap room next season. A lot rolls over + they are under. Outside of Grimes and Soliai none of these guys command huge cash.

Obviously no one wants to restart every couple years. But I think Ireland has overstayed his welcome. I would move on from both the GM and coach. No clue if Ross has the guts to do so

Forget John Jerry. Guy is trash. I'm done with that experiment.

Truth is, no matter who is doing the general managing, not much can be changed. The linebacking group for next year is set, the wide receiver group for next year is set. We're not changing quarterbacks. There isn't going to be significant tweaking in the backfield or in the d line.

Might as well use all our resources in getting the best o line possible. If we have to use the first 2-3 rounds on o line, so be it.

Didn't say he had to start. I wouldn't just let him walk and plan on the draft solving everything. Outside of Pouncy he was probably best lineman on the team.

I'm not sure of any other team in the NFL that their GM gets as much attention. Why is that?

I like where Ireland has this team financially and has some good building blocks. If Dolphins won 2 more games then everyone would be singing his praises.

we are 20 mil under the cap because we have so many free agents. that is nowhere near significant cap room with so many holes to fill.

I wouldn't dump Philbin now, I think he deserves a 3rd and last season to prove himself, but Sherman has to go and I think everybody agrees with that.

Anything beginning with Ireland staying is doomed to fail. I for one am sick of us being mediocre and average, that's what we've had for a long time now. Jeff needs to be let go now so we can have a chance of getting a new GM who might actually have a clue on how to acquire talent when it's sitting right in front of him, and not hoping acorns work out.

Sign Legarett blount
Sign Mckinney

let everyone else go get the big money somewhere else. No reason for them to stay.

hell, might as well trade RT. Start fresh.

but moving out of Miami would be the bomb.
