I'd love for Sherman to go, but I think he'll have to be hired away, maybe by a college team and take Zac whoever with him. Then hire someone like Phillip Montgomery or Mike Gundy at OC and send RT to NC over the summer to get schooled by David Cutcliffe.

He's a relic. He has to go. I really don't like this offense one bit. When we couldn't block for Tanne today where was the screens, draws,read options and ROLL OUTS!!!! I begged for rollouts all day. Buffalo was coming right up the middle. And there was Tanne standing there like a confused statue. You think changing it up is a good idea when you've been sacked 7 times. What a crap offense and for god sakes gets an o-line. It's kind of important if you want to pass or run. Yeah, dump him. Bring in a young creative guy that can energize the offense.

There are several ways to beat the pass rush.

1. Run the ball.
2. Move the pocket, either slide it one way or roll the passer out.
3. Force overpursuit with screens, inside slants, and quick flares to rb or te.

We couldn't run the ball. We didn't even try the others. If you consider the WCO was the offense that brought receiving running backs to a premium it's sad we don't even try.

this doesnt mean they are any good at what they do. Its clear as day that Sherman simply does not do his job well at all. If I did my job at the same level he does his id be fired in an instant

If Joe Philbin wants to remain a head coach in this league he needs to hire better people for his staff. A good start would be replacing Sherman.

Im an accountant, so if I was adding 2+2 and kept getting 6 and couldn't figure out why, then yes, people who are not accountants are in their right to tell me that 2+2 equals 4. So when Sherman keeps running up the middle out of shotgun for losses, and continues to do it, yes, people who are not offensive coordinators have the right to say, "Hey moron, guess what, its not working so try something else"
