Capers will be a head coach somewhere next year and Milarky.. well who cares as long as he's not with us. We need to hire people that are going to be around for a few years. Don't need any more head coaches. Hire some young guru and let them work here for a few yrs.

I don't think replacing Saban is the answer. I think he's a hell of a coach, and will turn Miami into a contender eventually. However, I wouldn't rule out a replacement for Mularkey if someone more attractive comes along {Cameron would be a nice consideration}....

I believe the NFL does not allow 'lateral' movement...now, if a former OC, who became a head coach gets fired, he can be re-hired as an OC by another team...anyone wanna back me up on this..?

well linehan went from being oc at Minny to oc at Miami...is this the type pf "lateral" movement you speak of...If so, the NFL does allow it

How about they bring him in as an offensive coordinator and Saban will bring this team to the playoffs next year because he has most of the guys he wants on this team and they will be back next year and we will finally see a good start to begin the year.

capers wont be a HC anytime soon. He failed in Carolina and failed miserably in houston. He's not HC material....
