Firing Sparano doesn't solve the main problem

It's called over all suckage.
 
JJ's advice to "get better players" as a deflection from the poor coaching responsibility is disingenuous since he's the one that, IMO, planted the seeds for the Fins decline by foisting an already-miserably-failed HC in Wanny on Wayne. And don't get me started on JJ's job sharing last year! It's incredible how the JJs and Parcells of the world conveniently parse and revise their history to make everyone else but themselves look awful. Eff him too.
 
The problem would be solved by a competent owner stepping in and taking over for Ross.
 
The problem starts with Jeff Ireland. The guy needs to go.
 
Replacing Sparano with a good coach doesn't solve anything?

Tell that to the 49ers.

Why is Ross so incompetent?? Most of the problem starts with a lame outdated way of grading players...The whole "Parcells type player" thing is retarded...
 
The players are to blame, but Sparano has to know what they are capable of..

Its the head coaches job to know the strengths and weakness of his football team as well as the other team..

Miami has not done that week in and week out...as far as a complete game plan is concerned..

The Colts Vs Phins game a few years ago is an example of that..

We ran all over them on offense..Great gameplan...

But on D we kept attacking them allowing them to get big plays all over the field.
 
Bottom line, if the head coach can't do basic stuff like manage timeouts or help the team make adjustments at halftime (we have never been a good second half team under Sparano) then replacing him with someone who can do that stuff will make a difference.

He is the boss it's his job to make sure the right people are in place to make this team a contender. Instead he has been letting a horrible coach and a horrible GM collect paychecks for assembling a garbage team. He is too busy trying to think of gimmicks to get people in the stands. He should be thinking of ways to make this team a winner first.

Who's product is it? Who makes the final decisions? Who could start us rebuilding TODAY? One person...and that person continues to sit on his ***...ROSS!
 
Don´t blame Ross he was trying to get Harbaugh,he knew TS suuuuuuucks.It´s all on Sparano.He couldn´t build an O-Line ,we have no hurry up Offense,we are wasting time outs like no one else in the league,we have no game plan,fistpumping after filed goals and worst of all the mentality of this coach is winning by not losing.But keep in mind we are on a mission to get the no.1 Spot to draft Luck.
