First off you shouldn't pay attention to the "official" depth charts until the final one is out. Last year there were tons of moves that were consistently not reflected in the depth chart until the final one. Donald Thomas and Matt Roth come to mind.

Secondly, the WR depth chart is even more crazy to follow. Suffice it to say that even though Hartline is second to Ginn at Ginn's WR spot, he might be the 4th or 5th WR to come in when the Dolphins go to 4- and 5-WR sets.
 
The only thing I really disagree with is the WR and S rankings. Turner has to be in the 3rd string. I think Clemons should be 2nd string. I can't wait til the preseason games to see Turner and Hartline in action.
