Ok. This one would be better if the big logo was more towards the rear of the hat. I have a hat very similar to this one with the last logo

And what is wrong with this hat?

I would say, “everything”. But obviously there's no accounting for taste, mine included. To me it looks like a case of trying to cram as much as possible onto the hat. I find the aesthetic to be awful, there is no focal point. It's akin to cooking and using every spice possible, instead of getting a nice flavor the food ends up being inedible. And that hat appears to be inedible. But if you can make it look good, more power to you (though I still wouldn't suggest trying to eat it).
