First OFFICIAL Depth Chart

That's all that sticks out! I'm more concerned with the Murtha starting at LT and Incrapito starting at LG. OMG, we would be better off with a wet mop and a sponge at those two positions.

Jake Long isnt even practicing yet, didnt think that had to be explained as to why Murtha was atop the LT position on the UNOFFICIAL pre preseason depth chart lol

We all know Jake is set in concrete at our LT spot. I was making notes as to actual things to watch.

He is only set in concrete if he is taken of the PUP before the start of the season. That is not a gaurentee right now. If he can't go for the first 6 games....this is our Oline.

Big Jake is at every practice doing individual rehab drills and looking good and ready to go. Does anyone here have a legit shadow of a doubt hes not starting week 1? I sure dont.

Since when has Bess ever been our KR? I dont recall him returning many if any kickoffs. Punts, sure. Kickoffs, no. That makes the whole depth chart meaningless to me. There's NO way Bess is our KR and if he's returning punts it's only because Sparano is utterly clueless. Id expect Gates/Bush to handle the KR/PR duties. Assuming Sparano has somewhat of an idea of what he's doing.

This is lies, Jones owns Clemons.

Jones played well last year when he got a chance. But we haven't seen enough of him yet to say he's better than clemons

How has no one mentioned the Reggie Bush isnt listed as the KR/PR?

Surprising to me...

Our starting D makes me all tingly in the pants

I just noticed that Brett Brackett is not listed at all. I really hope he wasn't released, I had hopes for him to make the final 53.

Merling is anything but a waste of space. He's a pretty good player. Last season he had some personal issues and injuries to deal with.

When you are basically a first round pick (was 32nd overall due to Pats forfeited pick) and your claim to fame has nothing to do with on field production or in reality, lack thereof on field production and everything to do with assaulting a pregnant female... you are a waste of space.

Reggie ahead of Thomas? I thought Thomas was supposed to be our bell cow?
I'm pretty sure Bush is slated to get 70% of the snaps in your offense this season. Barring injury of course. Also, he's never been a KR and I honestly don't think you'll have him as a PR either, unless you're down by a score with under 2 minutes left and need something in a hurry. Otherwise, I'm guessing they'll limit his exposure to hits.

I was surprised to see Clay listed as a FB instead of a TE. There has been talk of Clay playing the FB position but I have assumed he would be our down the field threat at TE. Hope he becomes the next Shannon Sharpe and not a FB.

Agreed. If he was going to be out, we would have most likely seen Carey shifted over to LT where he played before Jake instead of RG.
