We were without Jones at CB and Howard for a large chunk of the game also. Plus other injuries during the game. And all of Buffalo's defensive injuries didn't prevent their O from only scoring 17 pts. Hell, we missed about three INTs that would have essentially ended the game also. Not to mention Tua going out during one promising drive before half and he was probably affected by it in the second half also.To those who are saying they had injuries and the heat and the amount of yards they had an all that… stop it ok.
We played NOWHERE NEAR our A game. Nowhere near it. They double us up in yards. Doubled us up in first downs. Doubled us up in time of possession. We’re mixing and matching OL. We’re cramping to every other play yet…
WE STILL WON THE GAME.
It’s not like we played a flawless game and they made mistake after mistake and we just barely scraped by. No no quite the opposite in fact.
We played our worst game of the season so far and yet we still won the game. That is a GREAT sign moving forward.
