FIRST PLACE!!!! Post game discussion, gloat fest!!!

I just got back to check this board. I wonder if idiots like colin cowherd will think Tua was underwhelming purely from not having big yards instead of watching the game. I think Tua was a warrior, very efficient and more importantly clutch. The bills seriously had the ball most of the game, 40 plus minutes. It's hard for even great qbs and offenses to score points with so few possessions . Miami had less than 20 minutes yet scored 21 points. And let;s not forget one of those possessions had Teddy in the game when Tua was moving the ball, so there was more yards or pts potentially taken away because Tua got knocked out. If you think about it, that's some serious chunk yards for 18 passes and big time efficiency with few passes and time and getting 2 scores out of that. Plus, even the turn over that got miami right at bills red zone, a td is still not a gimmee. Tua set that score drive too. And he was clutch when needed most with that beautiful deep pass on 3rd and 22

Are we at the point where Tuas success can start being compared to the best QBS on the game.

A shout out to those of us who proudly kept saying we would still take Tua at 5 overall if we redrafted lol.

I have always said, ill take wins over stats.

Well, 3 games in, he's now beating the other 2 in stats as well. Not just the win loss column.

IMO, it is still too early to make that statement. Statistically, he has played like a top 5 QB. He has played well in the 4th quarter and in big moments. The down side is the inconsistent play and the down quarters. We cannot have this conversation, but it is getting closer to having a serious discussion about him being a top 10 or top 5 QB.
 
As much as I liked dolphins limiting the points despite time of possession bills had. They can't allow that next time, you don't want to keep your offense off the field that long especially with scoring potential miami;s offense has. Makes me wonder, was the bills secondary taking away deep passes or were bills purposely taking short long drive passes to eat up the clock, because they knew their secondary was depleted and were scared giving time and possessions to miami's offense?

The whole Noodle arm argument is nothing but BS. For all those who would rather have Herbert than Tua. Take a look at the team records with those two as the starting QB for their teams.

Herbert might have a stronger arm but Tua wins far more games as a starting QB.

I agree the defense needs to play better but the fact is the Bills have a great offense and Allen has developed into an outstanding QB. Being on the field as much as they were today against that Bills offense and only giving up 17 points was a phenomenal achievement IMO.

All missed the game. Knox, Diggs and other missed significant parts of the game. Bills missing 7 starters of 11 on defense and 3 of the 5 offensive lineman. The entire secondary. Bills were starting guys called up from the practice squad this week. All of that… and the dolphins still struggled to beat their backups and practice squad guys. That’s horrible. Miami should have STOMPED Buffalo yet Buffalo almost wins the game and it goes down to the wire. I wouldn’t feel good if I were a dolphins fan. There is a major difference between the two teams. Took to the last play for Miami to beat the bills backups lol. Then I come on here and people actually think this is a big win LOL

No team will be completely healthy anytime you play. This is football. Whoever you line up you expect to perform.

We won today because we were the better team. Our defense beat thier offense.

End of story.
