Before I get bashed, I've been a Dolphin fan since 1970. I don't see how we score more than 10 points against the Steelers. I'm very concerned about the O line especially early in the season. I'm afraid I see the Champs taking this one at home. 17-10. Why does everybody think we will move the ball against a D of this quality?

Our first team offense HAS scored TD's... just without Culpepper at the helm. The rest of our starters were out there; Chambers and McMichael both caught TD's during the preseason. We'll be fine.

Actually, our first team offense did score a TD vs. the Bucs (Sammy Morris had a 1 yd. TD dive) and we moved the ball up and down the field against a VERY good Panthers defense.

For what it's worth, last preseason, the Pittsburgh Steelers first team offense didn't score a TD. Have faith!

quick, name a steelers cornerback...

Ike Taylor & Deshea Townsend are two excellent corners, and McFadden is gonna be a great one, IMO. We don't even have to discuss what they've got back there at safety.......

It seems to be a concern. But the 1st team offense moved the ball well in every game (and scored one TD). We had several opportunities that we failed on, but could have easily converted. We had a 4th and goal at the one yard line against Carolina that could have went either way. We had a nice TD pass from Culpepper to Chambers that was called back because of what i thought was a BS offensive pass interference call. The execution of the offense has been there and we've played against 3 of the top defenses in the league. We've moved the ball well in spite of this, AND in spite of the fact that we were running very vanilla plays and vanilla blocking schemes. it would have been nice to have punched the ball in a few times, but I'm not too concerned.

Excellent? More like average made to look decent by the front 7

Townsend is overrated and Troy has been struggling just as much as Jason Allen has in the preseason.

Joey Harrington threw for 3 TD passes against that "excellent" secondary in Week 17. I seriously don't think we will have any problems passing the ball.

If you don't see how we score more than 10 points then maybe we should just start Joey Harrington cuz he somehow threw for 3 tds on them last december.... he must be a miracle worker !!!

Did our first string D give up a touchdown.

I don't believe so.

Well let's see: because they didn't play the whole game!!!!! get with it guy.
if you have been with them as long as you say, then you would be smart enough to know that this is will be the best team you have had since Marino and company!!
