No matter what coach goes where the coach that will absolutely have the most success is the one that ends up with the best QB. It's really that simple. If Fins end up with Flynn and he turns out to be the real deal (or any other QB) then they will be a playoff team no matter who the coach is. I will say this though... a great QB will have more success with a coach that isn't conservative in nature and will let that QB sling it every Sunday. Now is Fisher that guy? I don't really know, but if we end up with him I sure hope so.
