It's funny how people can say that Fisher sucks.. But a guy like Zimmer with no head coaching experience.. is going to be a savior,

I would never hire someone for my business that doesn't have experience.

You do realize that most HC's were position coaches or coordinators at one time. Jeff Fisher was a position coach before becoming an interim HC for the Oilers. He didnt have experience before that. You have to be given an opportunity to be HC to gain experience.
