1st Round...I still believe that if Eben Britton is available that Parcells will select him....but it's more doubtful he'll be there unless the Bills trade Peters.

So...Connor Barwin OLB

2nd round A.....Sean Smith CB

2nd Round B...Clint Sintim ILB.

I believe Sintim will be far better player inside than outside...and we all know that Parcells has a hook with Virginia.

3rd Round...Dorell Scott NT

4th Round...Ramses Barden WR

5th Round...Dan Gronkowski TE

6th Round...Louis Vasquez OG

7th Round A...Henry Melton DE/FB

7th Round B....Gregory Toler...CB

O.K. Blast away!!
 
highly doubt the players will slip, and i definitely dont think Sintim will be better inside, but i would love the draft.

I thought I was one of the only ones that believed Sintim would play ILB!

Nice draft, if that`s how it went we`ll e in great shape for years to come on defense.
 
Not bad, but you don't address OT depth at all. I'd prefer an OT if you're only taking one OL, or a guy who can play more than one spot.

When you look at some of the O-Line players that the Dolphins have brought in...a few of them are free agents types. That could be the way they go.
 
Would be very happy with the 1st five picks.

One point I have is the C position is not addressed. At the moment we only have Groves who has had his fair share of injuries in the past. If I was to change anything with that mock it would be that I would draft a C instead of the Sintim pick and draft an ILB in the 5th (Frantz Joseph if he is still there) instead of the TE.
 
I don't think Smith will be there @ #44. If the Fins want him they will need to take him with #25.

I keep hearing about Parcells and his connection or relationship with Virginia and Al Groh. every person that has us taking Stintum mentions it. Has anyone ever thought that maybe Groh would tell Bill he is not your type of player? I heard it last year with Chris Long, how did that turn out?
 
i like it. IDK if Smith will and if he doesnt we are screwed. Barwin is OK, there are better picks, but i wouldnt lose sleep over it.
 
Barwin is going to Pats at 34-we are taking a corner or DT IMO.
 
I like this mock! As MrClean said - an OL that is a little more versatile, but all in all, I'd love it.

Why? Barwins numbers are as good as Curry's....sure he doesn't have experience...but that isn't always a negative...especially if you like to mold players as Parcells does. The items to remember are size, speed and agility....but also these items are important to Parcells also...Character...willingness to learn and you have to love the game and would do any thing for the team...is that not Barwin? Many fans have him going to the Pats at 34...if he's good for the Pats at 34...why isn't he good for the Dolphins at 25?
 
I dont think that Melton lasts past the 4th round. Sintim does fit very well inside and provides some flexability. I also think that MIA will select 3 DB's. Y Bell's contract is basically a one year 6 million contract. I am not certain that they have total confidence in the Wilson/Bell combo at S. Therefore I thing they will certainly be drafting a FS type at some point and probably 2 additional CB's. Nice job!!!!
