The twist here is that Fitzpatrick might not even be the Dolphins' starter this year and that's because there's a good chance that Josh Rosen could end up winning the quarterback job after being traded from Arizona to Miami in April.

With that in mind, let's get to the bold predictions, starting with one about Rosen.

1. Josh Rosen wins more games than Kyler Murray
2. Dolphins beat every AFC East team at least once
3. Kalen Ballage finishes in top-10 in the NFL in yards from scrimmage
4. Dolphins defense surrenders under 350 points
5. Dolphins defense leads the NFL interceptions

1. Could happen
2. Always happens
3. Don't see this happening
4. Could happen (scheme)
5. Should happen (scheme & talent)

Kingsbury's "system" has a losing record in the NCAA. And he had Mahomes! There's no reason to believe that it will be more successful against pro defenses, even with supposedly transcendent QB Murray. But even more than that, there will quickly be enough film on pint sized Murray that I doubt he survives the 9th game before permanent triage.

With how thin Rosen’s frame is, I’d be worried about him getting broken in half as well and surviving the season.

I think concussions are a real concern.

However in terms of standing up to pressure and coming away standing, considering AZ's OL made the Fins OL look almost respectable, Rosen has passed the test of durability under baptism by fire.

To be fair to Kingsbury his offense was never the issue. The issue was that he could never field even a competent defense.... and that mostly came from employing his bros from his college days on D. If Vance does well as DC I think Kliff will be okay. But yeah in college he flat our ignored the defense
