I'm starting to wonder if he'll even be there at 32....they were talking about it today in the NFL Network and they said that someone could be moving up into the 1st round to take him there.

Ozzy rules!!

I'm beginning to get a Flacco mancrush - I'm thinking make Jerry J. a good offer to trade down for #22 & #28 and whatever additional picks it takes and then take the best available LT and Flacco.

Yeah I dont see him getting past all those teams. I think Henne will also be picked in the first. Maybe even Brohm. I think there's going to be a run on QBs in this draft. There's a huge dropoff after those four

I know the trade scenario out of #1 won't happen because of the stupid draft value chart, but if we were sold on Flacco, this would be the ideal scenario:

- Trade #1 with Dallas for #22, #28 and #59
- Trade #22 and #59 with Chicago for #14 and use that pick to draft Chris Williams from Vandy as our LT
- Draft Flacco with #28

I'm not sold on Flacco, but I would rather have Chris Williams plus another late first round pick than one of the Longs at #1. I know it's not realistic because according to the draft value chart we would be getting fleeced by Dallas (getting 1,730 points and giving up 3,000), but at least the trade with Chicago is realistic (we get 1,100 points and give up 1,090).

I don't think there's any chance he falls into round two at this rate. Let's face it, the more he continues to impress, the less likely our chances are of drafting him. This is yet another reason in support of why we need to draft M. Ryan at #1 overall....

PHINZ RULE!!!!

Or trade back...or back in the late part of the first round.

I think the only way we could swing a trade back scenario, would be to draft RB D. McFadden at #1, and then use him to bait the Cowboys into swapping player for draft position. However, what are the odds of that actually happening???

hes going to get to round 2.........which is a mistake right there. hes to raw for a 2nd round grade. 3rd-4th yes.

2nd is really reaching. this all goes back to my post last year before the draft about drafting QBs in the 2nd. they only get 2nd round grades from teams because of the position. most 2nd round QBs start off as middle rounders, but towards the draft people get anxious on QBs and reach because of their position.

When you can throw hard and accurate...you get picked earlier...especially if your his size.

How about a trade with Atlanta? Anything can happen in the draft...heck we should know that..
