Flo Article about leadership

In the end you cannot forget the human aspect of your day to day workings. It sounds like Flores lost sight of that for whatever reason.

I'm not saying Flores is going to win six super bowls in the future, but i wouldn't be surprised if he has success at his second stop like Belichick.

He should probably take a step back though and refine somethings before taking another HC position.

In all honesty, middle late last season I saw a change in his demeanor. He ALWAYS looked tired, like sleep deprivation tired. I wonder if exhaustion had anything to do with it? Another trait new HC coaches have to adjust to, how to balance life. I thought I remember reading his relationships in NE across the board on O, D, and ST were very good.

We would have made the playoffs had some of those players and Dave D been retained if the writer isn't just shooting from the hip.

Definitely! It was the right now firing Flo.

In my opinion, Flores saw how Bellichick coached and tried to duplicate that style. BB is a "my way or the highway" kind of coach. He is so abrasive with the media, to the point where I'm surprised the NFL allows that. I know the media sometimes ask dumb questions, but you've got to remain respectful.

Not supporting Flores, especially if he disrespected the owner. I'm just tired of Miami always being "the training ground" for coaches, GM's etc. Which is the major reason I favor a new coach with experience.

Ya no doubt he tried to clone BB and that doesn't work when you don't have the results to back it up.
